In response the Board of Selectmen agreed to address this topic at a subsequent meeting. <br /> Public Entertainment License Apliliqammmtion of M ,�ii nq,: <br /> 1% <br /> lclerbec mm <br /> Lan A I k., ma@A&er"_ <br /> The Board of Selectmen acting as the licensing authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the Public Hearing on <br /> the application of Magni, Inc. Jan Aggerbeck, Manager for a Weekday Entertainment License and a License for <br /> Entertainment on Sundays. The establishment is located at 10 Evergreen Circle, Mashpee. <br /> In accordance with posting procedures, the hearing notice was read into the record. Jan Aggerbeck was in <br /> attendance to discuss the license request with the Board of Selectmen. Mr. Aggerbeck indicated he is requesting <br /> approval to host non-amplified live and canned/recorded music on weekdays and on Sunday outdoors under a <br /> covered porch during normal business hours. Since a lot of seating is required to be outside during the <br /> pandemic, Mr. Aggerbeck stated that he would like to maximize the space with televisions outdoors as well. <br /> Being no comment, the Board of Selectmen closed the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectmen Sherman to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Gottlieb. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br /> Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Weeden,yes Opposed, none <br />
