APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS Public Comment: Sharon DeFrancesco of Situate Road requested detailed information regarding the Sign Bylaw that was recently suspended. In response the Board of Selectmen agreed to address this topic at a subsequent meeting. Public Entertainment License Apliliqammmtion of M ,�ii nq,: 1% lclerbec mm Lan A I k., ma@A&er"_ The Board of Selectmen acting as the licensing authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the Public Hearing on the application of Magni, Inc. Jan Aggerbeck, Manager for a Weekday Entertainment License and a License for Entertainment on Sundays. The establishment is located at 10 Evergreen Circle, Mashpee. In accordance with posting procedures, the hearing notice was read into the record. Jan Aggerbeck was in attendance to discuss the license request with the Board of Selectmen. Mr. Aggerbeck indicated he is requesting approval to host non-amplified live and canned/recorded music on weekdays and on Sunday outdoors under a covered porch during normal business hours. Since a lot of seating is required to be outside during the pandemic, Mr. Aggerbeck stated that he would like to maximize the space with televisions outdoors as well. Being no comment, the Board of Selectmen closed the Public Hearing. Motion made by Selectmen Sherman to close the Public Hearing. Motion seconded by Selectman Gottlieb. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
