Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cotton at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday, July 13 2020 Regular & Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to approve the Regular and Executive Minutes of Monday, July 13, <br /> 2020 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Weeden,yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Dwight Pfundstein, a resident of Angelo's Way made note of a situation he witnessed at John's Pond on Sunday, <br /> July 19, 2020 at approximately 11:30 a.m. Although the parking lot was 25% full there was a very large gathering <br /> near the grill area that appeared to be an unhealthy and potentially dangerous situation. Cars were also noted to be <br /> parked along both sides of the back roads. <br /> Mike Canata of 100 Cayuga Road also voiced concern regarding the John's Pond beach issue which prompted <br /> unease with over-crowding. Other issues regarding safety involved the parking of vehicles on both sides of the <br /> road along with littering and sanitization disturbances that should be addressed. The Board of Selectmen was <br /> requested to listen to the neighborhood complaints to rectify this matter. <br /> This topic is on the agenda and will be further addressed by the Board of Selectmen. <br />
