After hearing
concerns from Mr. Barrows last March, the Town of Mashpee attempted to mitigate the concerns, and
installed a canvas sheeting over the fenced areas in an effort to lessen the noise.
Mr. Barrows an abutter to the park stated the noise has not ceased and it is considered a nuisance.
It should be noted that previously Mr. Barrows acknowledged he was favorable with the good faith
effort of the Town of Mashpee in attempting to mitigate the noise, including modifying the hours of
play last March.
