ADA Meeting Minutes <br /> Thursday, August 15, 2019 <br /> Waquoit Meeting Room,Town Hall <br /> Present: Sidney Davis, Charles Maintanis, Kimberly Landry,Jaime Curley <br /> A meeting of the Mashpee Town ADA committee was called to order at 2:07 p.m. on August 15, <br /> 2019 by Vice Chairman Sidney Davis. <br /> It was noted that future meetings will commence with public comments.This item will be added <br /> to the committee's agenda going forward. <br /> Kim Landry said the Board of Selectmen's office had received a Citizen Interest Form and a <br /> resume expressing interest in joining the committee from Mashpee resident J. Bowden. The <br /> application was forwarded to Kim Landry on Augusi?7th. Since the August agenda had already <br /> been posted it will be reviewed by committee,,,,,,,, tubers at the October meeting. <br /> There was a discussion regarding the re-organizat on of the committee since it has been several <br /> months since the last meeting, mainly due toh ,a5r�ng of former chairman Robert <br /> Wooldridge. <br /> Charles Maintanis reviewed several pieces of correspond�rt�e he had previously received <br /> regarding the makeup off the,committee in the area of require ants and size. It was decided <br /> the reorganization w Il b eRfaken p at the next meetings whi I also include an election of <br /> officers. <br /> Jaime Curley will research other t wtt,s'nwebsites to review their narratives, mission statements, <br /> purposes, etc. The committee was interested to see how other communities had set up their <br /> webpage. <br /> r <br /> Kim Landrywill research the histo the committee, specifically looking for the original <br /> � <br /> makeup of the committee for purposes~oreorganization and election of positions. <br /> Charlie Maintanis will present additional information on the Commission on Disability. <br /> Following past procedure, the next meeting of the committee will be held Thursday October <br /> 17th at 2 pm at the Mashpee town hall. <br /> A motion to adjourn was made by Sidney Davis and seconded by Jamie Curley. <br />
