COVID-19 update. Mr. Harrington commented that the following actions are completed or <br /> ongoing: <br /> • Participated in weekly conference calls with DPH and the Cape Cod Health Agent's Coalition <br /> + Stayed up-to-date with new safety standards issued for summer school,Phase III Step 1 of re- <br /> opening,and new testing guidelines <br /> • Discussed in-person and hybrid school re-opening plans for the fall during weekly conference <br /> calls with the school superintendent <br /> • Updated the Mashpee COVID-19 webpage <br /> • Communicated new COVID-19 case numbers to the Town Manager and the public safety <br /> answering point <br /> • Followed up on COVID-19 complaints at Wildfire Pizza, Liberty Liquors, Cape Cod Climate <br /> Controlled Storage,Andy's Market,Stop &Shop, Pizza Guyz,The Picnic Box,and Zoe's Pizza <br /> • Responded to questions about live entertainment at restaurants <br /> • Fielded complaints of large gatherings that occurred over 4t' of July weekend at the <br /> Popponesset Spit and John's Pond <br /> • Discussed the potential use of COVID-19 compliance officers hired by Barnstable County <br /> Department of Health& Environment <br /> • Communicated with a Boy Scout troop about safety standards for doing a bottle and can drive <br /> • Sent the updated safety standards for Phase III, Step 1 to all Mashpee food establishments <br /> and pool operators <br /> • Advised the New Seabury Cabana Club about a potential outdoor event <br /> • Discussed the revocation of the reusable bag prohibition with Roche Bros.and Stop&Shop <br /> • Advised school officials about safety protocols for graduation on July 25 <br /> • Inspected The Lanes' bowling alley to check on COVID-19 safety measures <br /> + Sent an additional order letter and COVID-19 citation for$300 to the owner of Dunkin'Donuts <br /> on Rt. 130 <br /> 1 <br />
