Town of I lashpee <br /> 16 (Treat)%ck&arl North <br /> Vashpee,Wassachusetts 02649 <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday,September 15,2020 <br /> Design Review Committee Members Present: Charlie Maintanis,Jonathan Furbush,Joe <br /> Callahan,Miles Peters. <br /> Charlie called the meeting to order at 8:35 am as a virtual/remote meeting. <br /> 8:30 am Project Address: 10 Evergreen Circle <br /> Business Name: Cape&Islands Distillery <br /> Ayent/Owner: Jonathan Fryer <br /> Sign Company: Mike Caggiano,Plymouth Sign Co. <br /> Request: A 3 ft. x 10 ft. (30 sq. ft.) building sign to be installed over <br /> entrance. <br /> Mike Caggiano, with Plymouth Sign Co. represented the application for Cape & Islands <br /> Distillery. The sign is a sky blue color(3 ft. x 10 ft.) and is made of aluminum material that <br /> will be secured into the building on studs above the entrance. <br /> Jonathan read an email dated September 3, 2020, from Evan Lehrer, Town Planner <br /> suggesting that the applicant consider a directional sign above the entry door to read; <br /> "Entrance" or something similar consistent with the design of the primary signage. <br /> Charlie polled the members for their comments. There were no more comments. <br /> Jonathan made a motion to approve the sign for Cape & Islands Distillery at 10 Evergreen <br /> Circle as presented. Joe, second. Charlie polled the members. Joe in favor, Miles in favor, <br /> Jon in favor, and Charlie in favor. Charlie told the applicant he can file for an online permit. <br /> Other Business: <br /> -Approve July 21,2020 Meeting Minutes <br /> Jonathan made a motion to approve the meeting minutes dated July 21,2020. Joe second, <br /> yes, Charlie,yes, and Jonathan,yes. Miles abstained. <br /> Jonathan made a motion to adjourn.
