<br /> following conditions:
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.

<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to accept a letter dated September 23, 2020 from Attorney
<br /> Christopher Kirrane requesting a continuance of the three petition requests for 161
<br /> Timberlane Drive until October 14,2020.Mr.Gould seconded,yes, Sharon Sangeleer,yes,
