*DRAFT* BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES 3-16-2020 REGULAR SESSION 12 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 16, 2020 <br /> LIAISON REPORTS <br /> The Town's website, MTV and Facebook are currently being used for primary notices. In concern <br /> for the elderly, it was recommended the town publicize options for meals and other services that <br /> may be required. The Council on Aging is active and referring citizens to Elder Services for the <br /> Meals on wheels program. <br /> Appreciation was given to the Mashpee community for helping others in need including Cathy <br /> Joyce who has taken the initiative to provide outside assistance to seniors by offering meals and <br /> shopping assistance for the elderly. Additional resources include notice provided by the Mashpee <br /> Messenger, and options which include the Food Pantry. Donations are accepted. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to adjourn at 7:29 p.m. <br /> I move that the Board convene in Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy <br /> .regarding negotiations with nonunion personnel relative to the Personnel Administration Plan <br /> and with the following collective bargaining units, where an open Meeting may have a <br /> detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town: <br /> Mashpee Permanent Fire Fighters Association, International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) <br /> Local 2519 <br /> MASS. C.O.P., Local 324, Unit A--Patrol officers and Detectives; <br /> MASS. C.O.P., Local 320, Unit B—Sergeants; <br /> Laborer's International Union of North America (LIUNA), MASS Public Employee's Local 1249, <br /> Administrator's Unit A—Administrators; <br /> Laborer's International Union of North,America (LIUNA),MASS Public Employee's Local 1249, <br /> Administrator's Unit B —Administrators; <br /> MASS.
