'The <br /> total requested is increased to $62,300 because we did not have all of the <br /> proposals for costs by the deadline for the existing article and our estimates were <br /> low. Also, the $15 000 from the current fiscal year (FY20) that we planned to use <br /> for this project is now needed to upgrade electrical service for the existing <br /> shellfish upwellers at the Little River Town dock. For the revised article, costs <br /> are rounded up to the nearest $100. This project is needed for implementation of <br /> the shellfish component of the Comprehensive Water Nitrogen Management Plan <br /> for restoration of water quality and shellfish to be harvested for food. Increase of <br /> shellfish for food is even more significant during the current state of emergency- <br /> and any future emergencies. , <br />
