2 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 9, 2020 <br /> Present: Mike Richardson, Gregory McKelvey, Phil McCahill, <br /> Darlene Furbush, John Miller <br /> Absent: Jeffrey Pettengill <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Richardson at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> This is a virtual/remote meeting with all participants acknowledging attendance. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT -None at this time. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Wednesday March 25, 2020: <br /> Motion made by Mr. McKelvey to approve the minutes of Wednesday, March 25, 2020 <br /> as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman McCahill. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Richardson,yes Mr. McKelvey,yes Mr. McCahill,yes <br /> Mrs. Furbush,yes Mr. Miller,yes Opposed, none <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Continue discussion on the June 15 2020 Town Meeting Warrant; possible Action <br /> on Warrant Articles and Recommendations for the Special and Annual Town Meetings: <br /> The Finance Committee met to continue discussions regarding the June 15, 2020 Town Meeting <br /> warrant and to take possible action on warrant articles previously placed on hold at the last <br /> meeting. <br /> The following review and action was taken; <br /> Article #1 —To deficit spend Snow& Ice Account: <br /> It was determined the article would be indefinitely postponed on Town Meeting floor. No action <br /> was required. <br />
