In accordance with posting procedures the Hearing notice was read aloud into the record by Selectman Thomas F. O'Hara, Clerk of the Board of Selectmen. Chris Card, President of New Seabury Resources :Management, Inc. was in attendance via virtual and remote participation to review the (4) license amendment applications which name the replacement for Pedro Gonzalez to Sue Hoover, who also serves as Controller and CFO of the subject management firm.. Being no comment, the Board of Selectmen took the following action.
