The budget approved each fiscal year by the.Legislature and <br /> Governor establishes the total funding available for Chapter 90 local transportation aid for that year. <br /> These funds are then apportioned to the-351 Massachusetts towns and cities. <br /> The funding authorized by this article is the maximum anticipated Town"s share of the FY21 Chapter <br /> 90 program. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 20 by a vote-of 5-0 <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 20 by a vote of 6-0 <br />
