No <br /> implementation begun other than limited shellfish propagation. <br /> Status of other tasks: <br /> - Watershed-Based Permit for Waquoit Bay: first IMA meeting with Falmouth and <br /> Sandwich was held on June 26. Chair Fudala attended. No further meetings. <br /> - Contract with GHD for $450,000 preliminary design of municipal wastewater treatment <br /> plant adjacent to Transfer Station has been approved and signed. No work started. <br /> - Town Manager re: Sewer Commission Administrator position. <br /> - Town Manager re: Status of Selectmen and Finance team discussions regarding <br /> financing and organization of wastewater system implementation. <br /> - Shellfish (any report from Rick York). <br /> Voucher approvals: <br /> - none <br /> Intermunicipal issues: <br /> - IMAs with adjacent towns - Popponesset Bay: IMA with Barnstable and Sandwich <br /> signed 12/17. No further action on implementation. <br /> - Status of MMR utility planning / Tribal interest. <br /> Falmouth issues; Any report from Amy Lowell, Ray Jack or others. <br /> Barnstable issues; Any report from Dale Saad, Ken Molloy or others. <br /> Sandwich issues; Sandwich November 3 Special Town Meeting approved funding <br /> (property tax surcharge) for their $86 million sewer project.
