MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> OCTOBER 14,2020 <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the withdrawal requests fi•om Attorney <br /> Kirrane on behalf of the applicant for 161 Timberlane Drive for the Appeal of the Building <br /> Inspector's Decision, and also the relief from the setbacks of the constructed enclosed front <br /> entry way structure on property at 161 Timberlane Drive. <br /> Mr. Gould second and agreed on both, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes on both, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes on both, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes on both, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes on both. <br /> All were in favor to accept the withdrawals of the Appeal and the Variance Petition for 161 <br /> Timberlane Drive. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> -Vote to approve Charlie Rowley's inspection estimate for 29 and 41 Echo Rd. <br /> Sharon made a motion to approve Charlie Rowley's inspection estimates for 29 and 41 <br /> Echo Road. Mr. Gould second. All were in favor. <br /> -Vote to approve September 23, 2020 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Sharon made motion to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Goldstein second. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> -Vote to approve the ZBA YR-2021 Meeting Schedule. <br /> Sharon made a motion to approve the ZBA meeting schedule for Year 2021. Mr. Goldstein <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reiffarth made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Gould second.
