Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, Norman J. Gould and Associate Members Sharon <br /> Sangeleer, George Ganzenmuller, and James Reiffarth were present. Charlie Maintanis, <br /> Building Inspector was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV as a virtual remote meeting. He will take public <br /> comments after each hearing. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> The five regular Board members will sit in on the first hearing. <br /> 150 Pimlico Pond Road: Petitioner, Greg Clancy Construction requests a Modification <br /> to an approved Special Permit (SP-2019-33) and allow for a master bedroom closet <br /> extension on property located in an R-5 Zoning District,Map 2 Parcel 136,Mashpee,MA. <br /> (Owners of Record: John F. and Terese J. Gavin). <br /> Natalya Doherty, an Associate with Greg Clancy Construction represented the petition. <br /> The modification consists of a bedroom closet addition that will extend approximately 6 <br /> inches toward the side lot line. The Board determined that because of the odd shape of the <br /> lot,the Modification of the existing Special Permit was acceptable. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board, and there were no abutter phone calls. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to approve the Modification as requested by Petitioner, Greg <br /> Clancy Construction to an approved Special Permit (SP-2019-33) to allow for a master <br /> bedroom closet extension on property located in an R-5 Zoning District,Map 2 Parcel 136, <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owners of Record: John F. and Terese J. Gavin), with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determines'that the applicant meets the conditions of a Modification <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9 for the Special Permit (SP-2019-33). <br /> 2. Foundation Plot Plan—Prepared exclusively for the purpose of obtaining a building <br /> permit,not for any other use.Location: 150 Pimlico Pond Rd,Mashpee,MA.
