<br /> November 18,2020
<br /> Attorney Kirrane submitted a revised floor plan to accommodate the Board of Health
<br /> concerns that two doors needed to be removed in order to approve the new septic system,
<br /> and were submitted prior to the meeting.
<br /> Mr. Furbush had no concerns with the project and polled the Board members. Bill had no
<br /> issues. Ron wanted to make sure the height of the new dwelling conformed to the bylaws,
<br /> and will leave that for Charlie to review. Jim Gould had no comments. Jim Reiffarth had
<br /> no comments, Sharon, no comments, and George, no comments.
<br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments dated November 17, 2020 into the record, and
<br /> the Conservation comments into the record.
<br /> There were no more comments from the Board, and no abutter phone calls.
<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to approve the Special Permit application for 16 Spoondrift
<br /> Circle with the following conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
