MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> November 18,2020 <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the applicants Richard and Linda <br /> Tempesta's request to withdraw the Variance application. Jim Gould seconded, yes, Ron <br /> Bonvie, yes, Bill Blaisdell, yes, Scott Goldstein, yes, and Jonathan Furbush,yes. All were <br /> in favor to accept the withdrawal of the Variance. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Special Permit for 107 Ninigret Avenue with the <br /> following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Proposed Site Plan: Located at: 107 Ninigret Avenue,Mashpee,MA.Prepared for: <br /> Richard & Linda Tempesta, Date: August 20, 2019, Scale: 1" =20', Prepared by: <br /> MacDougall Surveying & Associates, Mashpee, .MA. Stamped by: Edward A. <br /> Stone, Registered Land Surveyor. <br /> 3. House Plans: Prepared for: 107 Ninigret Ave,Mashpee,Date: July 1,2020,Project <br /> No.: H-132, Scale: '/a" = 1', Sheet 1: Front Elevation: Total Heated Area = 2,276 <br /> sq. ft., Sheet 2: First Floor Plan, Sheet 4: Second Floor 3 Bedroom Plan. <br /> 4. Lewis, Trustee of The 63 Waterline Drive <br /> South Nominee Trust requests a Special Permit under §174-17.1 and §174-33 to raze and <br /> replace a pool and patio, and construct an addition to an existing dwelling on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 120 Parcel 143-0,Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Mike Ford noticed an error made on their application that the proper name was <br /> transposed and is considered a typographical error as it was advertised. The Board had no <br /> issues and accepted the corrected name to Lewis H. Robert, Trustee. <br /> 5 <br />
