To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of $2,250.00 to meet the Town's share <br />of the cost of Chapter 81 Highway and in addition to trans- <br />fer from unappropriated available funds in the Treasury the <br />sum of $8,250.00 to meet the State share of the cost of work, <br />this amount when reimbursed to be returned to surplus rev- <br />enue or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 40 for, none opposed. <br />Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 to be expended in conjunc- <br />tion with Highway construction under Chapter 90, represent- <br />ing the Town's share and to transfer from available funds <br />in the Treasury the sum of $15,000.00 representing the State <br />and County share. This amount when reimbursed to be re- <br />turned to surplus revenue or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 38 for, none opposed. - <br />Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of $1,000.00 to be used in conjunction <br />with Highway maintenance under Chapter 90, representing <br />the Town's share and to transfer from available funds in <br />the Treasury the sum of $2,000.00 representing the State and <br />County share. This amount when reimbursed to be returned <br />to the surplus revenue or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 37 for, none opposed. <br />Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br />or transfer from available funds in the Treasury, that the <br />Town has or will have under Chapter 782, of the Act of 1962, <br />the sum of $3,968.46 to the construction of 2,600 feet of Old <br />Barnstable Road with 20 feet wide, 3 -inch mix in place or <br />take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to raise and appro- <br />priate the sum of $3,968.66, that the Town has or will have <br />under Chapter 782, of the Act of 1962, to the construction <br />of 2600 feet of Old Barnstable Road with 20 feet wide, 3 -inch <br />mix in place.
