77 <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to raise and appro- <br />priate the sum of $1,250.00 as the first half of the initial <br />payment for dental equipment to re-establish an efficient <br />clinic at the Samuel G. Davis School. Voted 36 for, 2 opposed. <br />Article 50. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate the sum of $650.00 as salaries of the Board of <br />Health, each member receiving $200.00 and the Inspecting <br />Agent receiving an additional $50.00 or take any other action <br />thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to postpone article <br />indefinitely. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 51. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Selectmen to. provide a policy of liability insurance to reim- <br />burse Town Agents for any damages caused by them when <br />using their own vehicle in the performance of their duties, <br />when the department is not furnished with a Town vehicle or <br />take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 16 for, 18 opposed. <br />Article 52. To see if the Town will vote to rescind the <br />Town By -Law, Chapter II, Town Officers, Boards and Com- <br />mittees, Article V, Board of Health, Section 1, and change it <br />to read as follows: <br />Section 1. The voters of the Town shall choose by bal- <br />lot beginning with the Annual election in March of 1964 to <br />combine the office of the Board of Health, along with the <br />Boards of Selectmen, Assessors, Welfare; provided that at <br />the 1964 annual election, members of the Board of Health <br />shall be elected in combination with the Selectmen, Assessors <br />and Welfare, one for a term of three years, one for a term of <br />two years, and one for a term of one year; subsequent annual. <br />elections to choose one member for a term of three years. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to postpone article <br />indefinitely. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 53. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />Present By -Laws by adding to Chapter III, the following arti- <br />cle V, to read as follows: <br />
