I <br /> 21 <br /> The major accomplishment of the Planning Board in <br /> 1974 was the .establishment of an Engineering Consultant <br /> to inspect all new subdivisions including the review of road <br /> construction, drainage, wetlands, in conformance with by- <br /> laws and regulations. This has assured that all new sub- <br /> divisions will be constructed properly so that they will be <br /> an asset to the Town. <br /> In conjunction with creating the Engineering Consultant <br /> function, the Subdivision Regulations were completely re- <br /> vised to strengthen and improve the requirements for sub- <br /> mission of plans and construction of roadways. <br /> The combined zoning map and street index map was <br /> updated and copies are available from the Town Clerk. <br /> Summary of Income and Expense <br /> Total income from fees amounted to $2,254.00 <br /> Income from sale of maps and zoning by-laws 142.50 <br /> Total revenue $2,396.50 <br /> II Total expenses and wages 1,622.47 <br /> I Net Revenue from Planning Board Operations $774.03 <br /> I <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> EARLE M.
