Upon motion <br />duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on February <br />23, 2005 to grant a Special Permit. The Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance <br />with the proposed site plan from Falmouth Engineering of Falmouth, MA, dated January <br />18, 2005, revised February 2, 2005 and revised February 9, 2005 as prepared for <br />Remodeling Plus, Inc., Project No. 04197, CAD File Name 04197BRP1, and architect <br />plans from Archi-Tech Associates Archtectural Design, Inc. of COtUit, MA, dated <br />February 9, 2005, File No. 0502. <br />
