To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, x to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of Revenue of the Financial year beginning on January 1, 1950, and to issue a note or notes therefor payable in . one year and to renew such note or notes that may be given for a period of one year or less. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously voted that the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, be and are hereby au- thorized to borrow money from time to time in anticipa- tion of revenue of the financial year, beginning on Jan- uary 1, 1950 and to issue a note or notes therefor payable in one year and to renew such note or notes that may be given for a period of one year or less. Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to extend for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate six months beyond the maximum term pro- vided by law any debt or debts incurred under this vote. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously voted that the Treasurer be and is hereby authorized to extend for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate six months beyond the maxi- mum term provided by law any debt or debts incurred under this vote.
