ems!I <br /> 20 <br /> its Department of Public Works, for the taking of a cer- <br /> tain parcel of land situated in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> said land being Parcel no. 47 in an order of taking dated <br /> September 1, 1942, and recorded with Barnstable County <br /> �! Registry of Deeds in Book 595. page 408, and shown on a <br /> Taking Plan filed therewith; and <br /> It is FURTHER VOTED that the Selectmen of the <br /> Town of Mashpee be and are hereby authorized to as- <br /> sign Edmund B. Amos the amount of the award voted <br /> by the Commissioners of Public Works for the taking of <br /> said Parcel No. 27. <br /> Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to transfer <br /> from unappropriated available funds in the Treasury, <br /> Yd i the sum of $2,000.00 for the purchase of the Twelve Acre <br /> Lot, so-called, (Winn Estate) to supplement the $1,500.00 <br /> appropriation in 1946, for the purchase of such property <br /> or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to transfer from unappropriated available <br /> funds in the Treasury the sum of $2,000.00 for the pur- <br /> chase of the Twelve Acre Lot, so-called (Winn Estate) <br /> to supplement the appropriation in 1946; for the pur- <br /> chase of such property. <br /> 61 voted in favor-1 voted against <br /> Article 32.
