To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $1,709.59 for overdrawn accounts <br /> of 1949 listed as follows: <br /> Aid to Dependent Children $24.24 <br /> Snow and Ice Removal 1,685.33 <br /> Total $1,709.59 <br /> or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was unanimously voted to raise and appropriate the sum <br /> of $1,709.59 for overdrawn Accounts of 1949 as listed <br /> above. <br /> Article 42. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $1,000.00 to widen and gravel h; <br /> that road on Seaconset Island beginning at the Old <br /> Town Road so-called, running north about 1200 feet to- <br /> wards Hamblin Pond, accepted by the Town in 1949, or <br /> take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was unanimously voted to accept this article as read. <br /> Article 43. To see if the Town will vote to accept <br /> Section 6B of Chapter 40 of the General Laws of Mass. <br /> which allows the Town to purchase uniforms for its Po- <br /> lice and Fire departments, or take any other action <br /> thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was unanimously voted to accept Section 6b of Chapter <br /> 40 of the General haws of Massachusetts. <br /> Article 44.
