19 <br /> providing the County contributes their proportionate <br /> share of $750.00 and the State their proportionate share <br /> of $1,500.00, and in addition, to transfer from unappro- <br /> priated available funds in the Treasury the sum of <br /> $2,250.00 to meet the State and County's share of the <br /> cost of the work, the reimbursements from the State and <br /> County to be restored upon receipt to unappropriated <br /> available funds in the Treasury, or take any other action <br /> thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to accept article as read. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $1,250.00 to meet the Town's <br /> share of the cost of the construction of two stone jetties <br /> at Poponesset Beach, providing the County contributes <br /> their proportionate share of $1,250.00 and the State <br /> their proportionate share of $2,500.00, and in addition, <br /> to transfer from unappropriated available funds in the <br /> Treasury the sum of $3,750.00 to meet the State and <br /> County's share of the cost of the work, the reimburse- <br /> ments from the State and County to be restored upon <br /> receipt to unappropriated available funds in the treas- <br /> ury, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to accept article as read. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Article 30. To see if the Town will assume liability <br /> in the manner provided by Section 29 of Chapter 91 of <br /> the General Laws, as amended by Chapters 516 and 524, <br /> Acts of 1950, for all damages that may be incurred by <br /> work to be performed by the Department of Public Works <br /> Of Massachusetts for the improvement, development, <br /> maintenance and protection of tidal and non-tidal rivers <br /> and streams, harbors, tidewaters, foreshores and shores <br />
