20 <br /> along a public beach outside of Boston Harbor, including <br /> the Merrimack and Connecticut Rivers, in accordance <br /> with Section 11 of Chapter 91 of the General Laws, and <br /> authorize the Selectmen to execute and deliver a bond <br /> of indemnity therefor to the Commonwealth. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to accept article as read. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $500.00 for clearing the parking <br /> area, and the construction of a comfort station, at town <br /> owned property on Mashpee Lake Avenue, or take any <br /> other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to accept article as read. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Article 32. To see if the Town will accept the lay- <br /> out of a town way in the south part of Mashpee known <br /> f as Red Brook Road with the boundaries and measure- <br /> ments as recommended by the Selectmen under date of <br /> December 27, 1951 and as shown on a plan sheets 1 & 3 <br /> titled "Town of Mashpee,Plan of Red Brook Road, South <br /> Mashpee, as laid out by the Selectmen,December 27, 1951 <br /> �I Iscale: 40 ft. to an inch, Charles N. Savery, C.
