21 <br /> Lake Avenue with the boundaries and measurements as <br /> recommended by the Selectmen under date of December. <br /> 27, 1951 and as shown on a plan titled "Plan of Lake Ave- <br /> nue, for the Town of Mashpee, scale: 1 inch equals 40 ft., <br /> December 27, 1951, Charles N. Savery, C. E." and will <br /> authorize and instruct the Selectmen to take by purchase <br /> or eminent domain in behalf of the Town, the lands or <br /> interests in the lands within the lines of said layout for <br /> this purpose, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to accept article as read. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Article 34. To see if the Town will vote to author- <br /> ize the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Select- <br /> men, to borrow money from time to time in anticipation <br /> of Revenue of the Financial year beginning on January <br /> 1, 1952, and to issue a note or notes that may be given <br /> for a period of one year or less. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to accept article as read. <br /> Vote 40, none opposed. <br /> Article 35. To see if the Town will vote to author- <br /> ize the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Select- <br /> men, to extend for a period or periods not exceeding in <br /> the aggregate six months beyond the maximum term <br /> Provided by law any debt or debts incurred under this <br /> e vote. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it <br /> was voted to accept article as read. <br /> Vote 25, none opposed. <br /> Article 36. To act on any other business that may <br /> legally come before said meeting. <br />
