• Review of Proposed Values and New Growth for Fiscal Year 2021 <br /> The board reviewed the valuations listed on the LA4 (attached to minutes) <br /> showing approved assessments by the DOR for each category of property. The <br /> board also reviewed the approved New Growth figures for FY21. (attached) <br /> • Discussion and recommendation for Selectmen and Water Commissioners <br /> for upcoming Classification Hearings <br /> The board decided to recommend to both the Selectmen and Commissioners <br /> that they vote a single tax rate for all classes of property with no exemptions for <br /> small business, open space or residents. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to recommend to both the Selectmen and Commissioners <br /> that they vote a single tax rate for all classes of property with no exemption for <br /> open space, no small business exemption and no residential exemption. The <br /> board also directs the Director of Assessing to provide both the Selectmen and <br /> the Water Commissioners with a letter on the Assessors' behalf outlining their <br /> recommendation. <br /> Paul Andrews seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: John Bartos, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; Paul Andrews, yes <br /> Additional Topics: None <br /> Next Meeting Date: To be determined. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Paul Andrews motioned to adjourn at 6:15 pm. <br /> Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; John Bartos, yes <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Jason R.
