Mr. Sweet asked Mr. Ball if they <br /> would see him later on regarding vista pruning requests. Mr. Ball answered that he hasn't <br /> discussed that with the homeowners yet, but he imagines they would. Agent said there is <br /> encroachment into the very slight coastal bank buffer zone, but that it's in line with all the other <br /> previously approved projects and the setback he would emphasize is that it's outside of the 50ft <br /> salt marsh. No other comments, Agent recommends close and issue. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to close and issue, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: 3-1 motion passed <br /> 6:30 Robert L. Lynch & Diane Brace, 3 Seconsett Point Road. Proposed demolition and NOI <br /> reconstruction of single-family dwelling with associated garage, access ramps, coastal <br /> walkover structure, patio, rinse station, septic system, landscaping, hardscaping and mitigation <br /> plantings. At request of applicant, vote to continue to 6/11 @ 6:09 p.m. <br /> Motion: Mr. Smith moved to continue to 6/11120 at 6:09pm, Mr. McKay seconded. <br /> Vote: 4-0 unanimous <br /> 6:33 Sean B. & Katherine M.
