Proposed addition of pile and reconfiguration of pile structure NOI <br /> to accommodate boat lift adjacent to previously approved pier, ramp and float. Michael Borselli <br /> from Falmouth Engineering presented plans. Attorney Brian Wall who represents the <br /> homeowner and Brad Holmes who authored a letter for the proposed project. <br /> Mr. Sweet clarified that nothing has changed, but they are resubmitting. Mr. Borselli wanted to <br /> be sure all previous documentation and hearing recordings would be included with this NOI, <br /> Agent confirmed that previous documentation is included. Brad Holmes commented on the <br /> letter he wrote, and stated in his opinion this project exceeds the standards as compared to a <br /> float by keeping the boat higher out of the water and eliminating the need for a float. Agent said <br /> he agrees with Mr. Holmes' analysis in his letter and also commented that the Shellfish <br /> Constable's concerns had been addressed from previous hearings. Agent said he is satisfied <br /> as both Shellfish Constable and Division of Marine Fisheries are satisfied with this project.
