McCormack, Jr. <br /> Attorney General <br /> State House, Boston, Mass. <br /> Dear Mr. McCormack: 4. <br /> The following zoning by-laws were voted unanimously at the 9 <br /> annual Town Meeting held on March 5 and March 6 1962 with a quorum <br /> present at the meeting. <br /> Article 40. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town <br /> zoning Map so as to create a business district on Quimaquisset Avenue <br /> five hundred feet northerly and southerly of Mashpee Neck Road, and <br /> three hundred feet deep, easterly and westerly of said quimaquisset <br /> Road, or take any other action thereon. <br /> ACTION: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as amended as follows: <br /> To see if the Totem will vote to amend the Town Zoning Map so as to <br /> create a business district on Quimaquisset Avenue five hundred feet <br /> easterly and westerly of Mashpee Neck Road, and three hundred feet <br /> deep, northerly and southerly of said intersection. <br /> Article 48. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter III, <br /> Article II of the Town Zoning By-Laws, by amending the s.p. entitled,. <br /> "Zoning Map, Town of Mashpee, Mashpee, Massachusetts" , dated November 3 , <br /> 1959, and filed with the Town Clerk, by creating a business zone on <br /> Route 2$, for a distance of one thousand feet northeasterly of the <br /> Falmouth Town line, with a depth of three hundred feet on each side <br /> of said public way, or take any other action thereon. <br /> ACTION:Article voted unanimously to be accepted as read. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> AQ��.
