69 <br /> Warrant for Annual Town Meeting <br /> MARCH 2, -1970 <br /> THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS <br /> Barnstable SS: <br /> To the Constable of the Town of Mashpee Greetings: <br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, <br /> you are hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabi- <br /> tants of the Town of Mashpee, who are qualified to vote in <br /> the elections, to meet at the Town Hall on Monday, the 2nd <br /> day of March, 1970, at seven o'clock p.m., for the following <br /> purposes: <br /> A quorum was present and the meeting opened -at 7:15 <br /> p.m. A prayer was offered by Mr. Leo Houston and a salute <br /> to the Flag followed. <br /> To act on the articles contained in the following warrant. <br /> To meet at the Town Hall the following Wednesday, March 4, <br /> 1970, to bring in their votes for the election of the following <br /> officers: <br /> One Selectman for three years <br /> One Moderator for three years <br /> One Assessor for three years <br /> One Board of Health member for three years <br /> Two Planning Board Members <br /> One for 5 years <br /> One for 3 years <br /> One School Committee member for three years <br /> One Library Trustee for three years <br /> One Cemetery Commissioner for three years <br /> One Parks and Recreation Commission member for <br /> three years <br /> One Constable for three years. <br /> The polls opened at 12 o'clock noon and were closed at <br /> 7:30 p.m. <br /> Article 1.
