To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br /> Selectmen to purchase or take by eminent domain the two <br /> parcels of land shown as Parcels 1 and 2 on a plan entitled <br /> "Town of Mashpee taking for channel for Seconsett Island" <br /> drawn by Charles N. Savery, Inc., dated November 26, 1969, <br /> filed with the office of the Town Clerk, for the public pur- <br /> pose of constructing a culvert across Seconsett Island Road, <br /> or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be accepted <br /> as read. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 26. To see if the Town will authorize the Select- <br /> men to sell to Harold P. Collins Lots 357, 358, and 359 as <br /> shown on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Waquoit Park and <br /> Proposed Streets situated in the Town of Mashpee, Mass. <br /> owned by Jefferson Realty Company, scale 1 in. = 80 feet, <br /> April 1963" recorded in Barnstable Registry of Deeds in Plan <br /> Book 27, page 27, for a price of not less than $500.00. Sub- <br /> mitted by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be accepted <br /> as read. A unanimous vote. <br /> f Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- <br /> propriate or take from available funds, the sum of $450.00 <br /> for the purpose of restoring, updating and refinishing the <br /> Roll of Honor plaque displayed in the lobby of the Town <br /> Hall, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Ameri- <br /> can Legion Post 262, Mashpee. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to raise and appro- <br /> priate the sum of $450.00. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 28. To see if the Town will authorize the Select- <br /> men to contract with the Cape and Vineyard Electric Com- <br /> pany to install and maintain the following street lights <br /> (standard lumens): <br /> 1 light Pirates Cove—Captains Row 48/14. <br /> 1 light Pirates Cove—Musket Lane 60/4. <br /> 1 light Pirates Cove—Treasure Lane 59/4. <br /> 1 light Pirates Cove—Treasure Lane 59/6. <br /> 1 light Pirates Cove—Mashpee Neck Road 53/51-A. <br /> 1 light Pirates Cove—Mashpee Neck Road 48/19. <br /> Submitted by Pirates Cove Beach Association. <br /> 1 light John's Pond—Cappawick Road 40/9. <br /> Submitted by John's Pond Trust. <br />
