<br /> ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION
<br /> One (1) story structure at $13.00 a square foot. One
<br /> and one-half (11/2) story structure at $17.00 a square foot
<br /> (For B grade average const.)
<br /> Two (2) story structure at $20.00 a square foot.
<br /> "A" Grade + 2596 (Excellent Const.)
<br /> "C" Grade-25% (Summer Cottage Const.)
<br /> The estimated cost used to compute the Building
<br /> Cost applicable for new construction under the schedule
<br /> above shall be arrived at by multiplying the total en-
<br /> closed floor area of the structure expressed as square
<br /> feet above grade by the above set estimated prices, and
<br /> for alterations, reconstruction, or moving to a new foun-
<br /> dation the fee shall be based on the estimated cost by
<br /> the person applying for the permit, but in no case shall
<br /> a permit for work be issued for a fee less than $5.00.

<br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be -accepted
<br /> as read. A unanimous vote.
<br /> Article 47. To see if the Town will vote to adopt the
<br /> following By-Law establishing an Historic District and an
<br /> Historic District Commission, under the provisions of Chap-
<br /> ter 40C, General Laws, or do anything in relation thereto.
<br /> The proposed Historic District to consist of Parcels as
<br /> numbered on Assessors maps at the Mashpee Town Hall as
<br /> follows:
<br /> Map #27 Parcels 39, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47.
<br /> Map #28 Parcels 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
<br /> 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44.
<br /> Map #35 Parcels 31, 36, 32, and 29.
<br /> Map #36 Parcels 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.
<br /> Submitted by Historic Commission.

<br /> Article 48. To see if the Town will vote to establish a
<br /> J Historic District Commission under the provisions of the
