103C <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chap- <br />ter III, Article 2, of the Town by-laws by adopting as a <br />portion of the official zoning map of the Town of Mashpee <br />as revised August 1966, and designating as an industrial <br />district the area shown on a plan of land dated December <br />22, 1966, :and filed with the Town Clerk, bounded and de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Northerly by the southerly side of Falmouth Road, also <br />known as Route 28, 2,0.57 feet, more or less; <br />Northeasterly by land of Robert R. McNutt, Jr., et ux, <br />158 feet; <br />Easterly also by land of said McNutt, et ux, 1,735 feet, <br />more or less: <br />Southerly by land of said McNutt, et ux, and by Samp- <br />son's Mill Road, 1,774 feet, more or less; and Westerly by <br />Mashpee Neck Road East, 1,293 feet, more or less, or take <br />any other action thereon. <br />Action: Voted 128 for, 8 opposed. <br />A true copy, Attest: ANN S.
