This year we would like to recognize the <br /> efforts of the Shellfish Constable, Richard York. Through Mr. York's efforts, he was able <br /> to successfully harvest 100,000 oysters for all to enjoy. Further, with the assistance (-)f <br /> AmeriCorps Cape Cod, the Mashpee Shellfish Department continues with the prop-lga- <br /> tion program of quahogs and scallops.
