Conservation Agent to Conservation Agent <br /> Mashpee's budget as ever has been very tight and I wish to thank our Office Staff: Town Manager <br /> I wish to acknowledge the efforts of all departments in Joyce Mason, Administrative Assistant Kathleen <br /> living within the constraints of the budget, especially Moore, and Administrative Secretary Carol Deneen <br /> those departments who have had to work short-handed for their dedication, all of our elected and appointed <br /> during the year. officials and the many volunteer members of our <br /> Boards, Committees, and Commissions. But most of <br /> Listed below are some of the accomplishments all, I wish to thank the citizens of Mashpee for their <br /> of the Board of Selectmen and Town Manager during support as always. <br /> the previous year: <br /> I would like to wish the following individuals the <br /> • Continued to work on implementation of the best in their retirement: <br /> Town's new Charter <br /> Robert Sherman, Conservation Agent <br /> • Hired the new Police Chief Rodney C. Collins Superintendent Patricia Parolski <br /> Raymond Martini, Department of Public Works <br /> • Continued to work on implementation of the Larry Dove, Department of Public Works <br /> Community Preservation Act and Committee, <br /> chaired by Selectman Wayne Taylor I would also like to point out the retirement of <br /> Ann Whitlow from all Town Committees including <br /> • Implemented the Blue Ribbon Committee, eleven years with the Historical Commission.
