This will enable the Town .Accountant to remove the un-issued <br /> balances. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of -0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman John Cahalane. <br /> Motion f move the Town vote to rescind the issuance of authorized bonds or notes as set forth <br /> in Article 2. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 7:09 PM. <br /> Article <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to enter into an Inter-Municipal <br /> Agreement with the Towns of Falmouth, Sandwich and/or Bourne, for the purpose of <br /> constructing, equipping, and operating a waste railroad transfer station to facilitate the transfer of <br /> the Town's solid waste and other disposable materials to the SFMA S Resource Recovery Plant <br /> in Rochester, upon such terms an conditions ons as th <br /> e e oar of Selectmen deem advisable, in <br /> accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 40, §4A and c. 40 , 21(g , and furthermore, to <br /> authorize the board of Selectmen to enter into ancillary agreements for waste transportation <br />
