113-9 Violations. <br /> Failure to comply with the provisions of any section of this chapter shall result in the following: <br /> First Offense: A written warning shall be given by the thief of Police, Fire Chief, or their <br /> designee. <br /> SecondOffense: The thief of Police, Fire Chief, or their designee, shall for a second <br /> violation of this bylaw or a failure to correct the violation for which the warning was issued, <br /> revolve the permit and order the yard sale closed. <br /> The permit bolder may request a determination of the appropriateness of a revocation b <br /> filing a request for a review of the revocation with the Board of Selectmen within 72 hours of <br /> the revocation. The Board or its designee shall schedule a hearing to determine if the <br /> revocation was warranted. <br /> The failure to comply with any provision of this bylaw shall be punishable by a fine of$25, <br /> which shall be parable to the Town Clerk.
