Charter mandated form of government. This Article seeks authorization to place a question on <br /> the ballot of the 2007 Annual Town election to "amend" the Home Rule Charter by repealing, <br /> partially repealing or retaining the previously adopted Special Acts so that there is no confusion <br /> or redundancy in the record of the Town's enabling legislation.
