The permitting <br /> authority may also require additional visitor parking within multi-family projects, particularly <br /> where parking spaces are in garages or are assigned to particular residential units." <br /> Replace the current wording of Section 174,-41 with the following: <br /> 44§174-41. Parking lot design. <br /> A. Where drive-through window facilities are proposed, stacking lanes of an appropriate <br /> length shall be provided separately from any parking aisle or emergency access lane. <br /> B. Access for Fire Department vehicles to all structures shall be provided as recommended <br /> by the Fire Department and shall provide sufficient inside and outside radius to <br /> accommodate the Department's ladder truck, including truck overhangs. <br /> C. Interconnection between parking areas on adjacent commercial properties shall be <br /> required where appropriate. <br /> D.
