Motion-, I move Article 14 be voted as printed in the Warrant with the exception of the phrase, <br /> "or take any other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:21 pm. <br /> Article 15 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw by adding the following new definition <br /> to Section 174-3 before the definition for "Assisted Living Facility": <br /> "APPLICANT — The person who submits an application for a permit or variance approval and <br /> his administrators, executors, heirs, devisees, successors and assigns. The applicant must be <br /> owner of all land included in the submitted plan or proposal or any person who shows specific <br /> written and notarized authorization by the owner to submit the application and to speak for and <br /> bind the owner with regard to any representations regarding the property or the owner's intent, <br /> Frith regard to any agreements made with Town Boards as part of the permit or variance review <br /> and approval process and with regard to the owner's understanding of any conditions imposed <br /> upon the project as part of the Board's decision. Proof of ownership shall include a copy of the <br /> latest recorded deed or Land Court certificate as well as a copy of the Mashpee Board of <br /> Assessors' current listing for the property.
