Motion made by Wayne Taylor. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to reauthorize the Revolving Home Co�mposting Bin Account through the <br /> Town Accountant's office in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E 1/2 to be <br /> expended under the direction of the Board of Health, in order to place anticipated revenues collected from the <br /> sale of compost bins which shall be used to purchase additional compost bins, and advertise the availability of <br /> such bins, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said account for fiscal year 2002 at$2,500. <br /> 0 <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:53 p.m. <br /> Article 8 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to reauthorize the Leisure Service Revolving Account through the Town <br /> Accountant's Office in accordance with Mass. General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E 'V2, to be expended <br /> under the direction of the Leisure Service Department, in order to place anticipated revenues collected from <br /> program income which shall be used for the purpose of paying wages and benefits to conduct said Leisure <br /> Service programs, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said account for Fiscal Year 20�02 at$31,658, <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Leisure Service Department <br /> Explanation: This Revolving Account is required in order to receive and disburse funds generated through <br /> programs supported by such revolving fund. Revenues must be used to offset expenses of these programs. General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E 1/2, to be expended under <br /> the direction of the Council on Aging, in order to place anticipated revenues collected from program income <br /> which shall be used to further the operation of programs under the Council on Aging, and to establish the limit <br /> on expenditures from said account for Fiscal Year 2002 at$7,500, or to take any other action relating thereto. <br /> 18 <br />
