Article 4 To see if the Town will vote to grant a 2 percent cost of living adjustment to the Personnel Administration Plan (P.A.P. Appendix B and Appendix C employees and the Plumbing and Wiring Inspectors and fund Special Service Contracts effective July 1, 2003 and grant a 2 percent cost of living adjustment effective January 1, 2004, and for said purpose the Town vote to raise and appropriate $19,500 with said funds to be distributed to various salary line accounts by the Town Accountant, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Personnel Department Explanation: If passed, this article will, grant a cost of living adjustment for Fiscal Year 2004 to employees whose positions are classified under the Town's Personnel Administration Plan, Appendix B, and C, and fund Special Service Contracts,. Recommendation: Finance Committee recommends approval. Motion made by George Green. Motion: I move the Town vote to grant a 2 percent cost of living adjustment to the Personnel Administration Plan (P.A.P. Appendix B, and Appendix C employees and the Plumbing and Wiring Inspectors and fund Special, Service Contracts effective July 1, 2003 and grant a 2 percent cost of living adjustment effective January 1, 2004, and for said purpose the Town vote to raise and appropriate $17,799 with said funds, to be distributed to various salary line item accounts by the Town Accountant. Motion passes unanimously at 8:54 p.m. Article 5 To see if the Town will vote to approve the annual regional school district budget for the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, in the amount of $9,896,000.50, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate $580,058 to meet its share of the cost of operation and maintenance of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2003, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Treasurer Explanation: Mashpee's share of the Regional Technical High School budget is $580,058. There are 40 students from Mashpee at the Regional Technical High School. Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. Motion made by John Cahalane. Motion-.
