Selectmen and the Secretary of Massachusetts Department of mousing & Community Development and maintaining communications with similar groups in housing organizations. The activities and recommendations of the Committee shall be consistent with the goals, objectives, policies and action plan of the Town's adopted Comprehensive plan. §5-63. Membership; Terms: The Board of Selectmen shall appoint the Affordable Housing Committee, consisting of nine 9 members.. Members shall be reappointed annually. The members of the Affordable Housing Committee shall serve without pay, §5-64Organization; Meetings: The Committee shall elect annually a Chairman, vice Chairman. and Clerk. Said election shall tale place at its first meeting after July 1, of each year, or tale any other action relating thereto. Motion I move Article 16 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the exception of the phrase, "or take any other action relating thereto".
