Article 3 To see if the Town will vote to hear the report and adopt the Capital Improvement Program as presented by the Capital Improvement Committee and to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer from available funds $351,691 to various department Capital Accounts (See Capital Requests), or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Board of Selectmen Explanation: This article is to appropriate funds for the Fiscal Year 2005 capital budget and to hear and accept the report of the Capital Improvement Committee to be distributed at Town Meeting for the ensuing fiscal year. Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. Motion made by John Cahalane. Motion-, I move the Town vote to hear the report of the Capital Improvement Committee and further, the Town vote to raise and appropriate $326,691 to the following department capital accounts: Police Capital $,921691 School Capital $64.1000 Fire Capital 651000 DPW Capital 1051000 And further the Town vote to appropriate and transfer from the Waterways Improvement Account $25,000 to the Harb,ormaster Capital Account. For the purposes stated in the Committee Report for FY2005.
