Article 5 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to hear the report and adopt the Capital Improvement Program as <br /> presented by the Capital Improvement Committee and to see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate, borrow or transfer from available funds $296,,468 to various department Capital <br /> Accounts (See Capital Requests), or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> Explanation: This article is to appropriate funds for the Fiscal Year 2003, capital budget and to <br /> hear and accept the report of the Capital Improvement Committee to be distributed at Town <br /> Meeting for the ensuing fiscal year. <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee recommends approval. <br /> Motion made by George Green. <br /> Motion-, I move the Town vote to hear the report of the Capital Improvement Committee and <br /> further, the Town vote to raise and appropriate $128,468 to the following department capital <br /> accounts: <br /> Police Capital 1091 16 1 <br /> DPW Capital 51900 <br /> School Capital 13��407 <br /> And further, to appropriate and transfer from the Waterways Improvement Account $28,000 to <br /> the Harbormas,ter Capital Account and appropriate and transfer from the Ambulance Reserved <br /> Receipts for Appropriation $140,000 to the Fire Capital Account. <br /> 0 0 <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:09 pm. <br />
