Explanation-, As recommended in the Town's Comprehensive Plan, this article would convert <br /> two existing C-2 commercial districts to new "Limited Commercial" districts intended to allow <br /> commercial uses which would have less impact on the Town's roadways, environment and visual <br /> character than development currently allowed in C-2 districts.
