Explanation-, These funds will be used for legal and engineering costs associated with the <br /> acquisition of new land bank properties. <br /> Recommendation: Finance Committee to make recommendation at Town Meeting. <br /> Motion be made by Wayne Taylor. <br /> Motion: I move that the Town vote to appropriate and transfer $40,000 from the Land Bank <br /> Reserve Account to the Land Bank Legal/Engineering/Surveying Account. <br /> Motion passes at 8:50 p.m. <br /> Town Meeting adjourned at 8:51 p.m. <br /> And you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof, one <br /> at the Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, thirty days at <br /> least before said meeting. <br /> Hereof fail not and make return of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk <br /> at the time and place of said meeting. <br /> Given under our hands this 281h day of April in the year of two thousand and three. <br /> Per order of, <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Wayne E.
