MASSa POO M 504 ORDER FOR JOINT LOGATI ONS—EX[STING POLES .311 In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASUEE, Massachusetts ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & vNUARD ELECTRIC COIF' each having locations in certain of the streets of the municipality, be and they are hereby granted a. joint location for and permission jointly to maintain poles already existing and their respective wires to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting matures as any of said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 5th day of Aprils 13 e. All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions Poles shall be of sound timber, and Treasonably straight, and shaU be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked—N.
